About a year ago I started slimming world. I started off well but after I had lost close to 2st it stalled. I just couldn't loose anymore. So I gave up - mainly due to frustration.
I had read online a little bit about the Cambridge weight plan. Didn't really pay much attention too it until a lady in work lost quite a bit of weight. We got talking and I decided to give it ago.
Basically you replace food with 3 products per day from Cambridge along with water. I was a little unsure at first but I have just had my first weigh in and I lost -6.5lb in one week! I am quite surprised and pleased with that. I never lost anything like that on slimming world.
My plan is to stay on this up until our visit to Disney. I will keep you posted with weekly updates.
